The official key visual for Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3, revealed on “Scuba Diving Day” (May 24) in Japan.
On May 24, 2026 — “Scuba Diving Day” in Japan — the official website for Grand Blue Dreaming unveiled the opening and ending theme song artists for the highly anticipated third season, alongside a striking new key visual. The announcement confirms that this beloved comedy anime is diving into uncharted waters: the Palau arc, taking the cast overseas for the first time ever. Here’s everything you need to know.
Opening & Ending Theme Songs Revealed
The Season 3 music lineup features two exciting acts:
The Japanese hip-hop group, celebrating their 20th anniversary, crafted the song with the theme of retrieving treasures left behind in summers past. They commented: “We hope that the summer of 2026 will be a sparkling and beautiful time for everyone!”
The idol group brings their unique energy to the closing credits of each episode.
The Palau Arc — First Overseas Adventure
For the first time in the anime’s history, Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3 leaves Japan behind. The story moves to the tropical paradise of Palau, where the diving shop Dolphin has opened a branch. Short on staff, Nanaka calls in Iori and the gang to help out, setting the stage for a new wave of booze-fueled chaos under the Pacific sun.
The new key visual showcases all seven main characters walking together on a southern island — a noticeably more stylish look than previous Grand Blue promotional art, hinting at the exotic new setting.

Three new voice actors are joining the cast for the Palau arc:
